No. STBG 2426(135) Question Deadline 04/08/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing, Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Remove pavement (10,807 SY); install concrete driveway (868 SY); perform common excavation (6,306 CY); construct concrete walk (19,324 SF); place aggregate base, Class 5 (2,583 CY); install 8"-10" sanitary sewer (2,398 LF); place select granular embankment (3,728 CY); install 6"-8" watermain (2,568 LF); apply bituminous surfacing (792 SY); install 12"-48" storm sewer (2,875 LF); construct concrete pavement (8,356 SY); perform sodding (3,317 SY); and install concrete curb & gutter (4,473 LF). together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications Minimum wage rates have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962 and related regulations. Contractors must comply with federal and state equal opportunity and affirmative action requirements, including the Civil Rights Act of 1964, applicable Minnesota Statutes, and obtain Certificates of Compliance from the Minnesota Department of Human Rights if employing more than 40 full-time employees. Failure to implement an affirmative action plan or make a good faith effort may result in revocation of certification or contract.
