See Attachment A for the project area map, which also illustrates the water main and sanitary sewer mains that will be replaced with this project. Services are to include but are not limited to: topographic surveying including existing utilities, environmental investigations and reports, public engagement, conceptual alternatives analysis, preliminary design and construction cost estimates. Geotechnical investigation will be provided by others. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
