Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Roselle, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Board of Education, Lake Park Community High School District 108 will receive sealed bids for toilet partition replacement at Lake Park High School East Campus and Lake Park High School West Campus. A performance and payment bond in the full amount of the contract and a bid security of 10% of the bid are required. The contractor must pay prevailing wage rates as per Illinois law. Equal opportunity in awarding contracts is promoted, with a preference for diversified businesses. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, or accept the bid that best serves its interest. All contractors and subcontractors must comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, including wage, notice, and record keeping duties, and must have a written sexual harassment policy in compliance with Section 2-105 of the Illinois Human Rights Act.
