Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Wailuku, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Question Deadline 08/20/2026- Bidders shall submit all discoveries , questions, and/or requests no later than 14 calendar days prior to the submission date for sealed bids. The work generally consists of installation of surge protection devices for the entire building, installation for a power conditioner for the 3rd elevator bank; and re-circuiting of existing gate to emergency power. The estimated construction cost is $250,000 The estimated value of the public works contract is less than $250,000 and the apprenticeship agreement preference pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes 103-55.6 (ACT 17, SLH 2009) shall not apply
