Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Westport, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
The Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide preliminary design for the proposed Northern Scenic Greenway, a 9.8-mile off-road facility across Westport, Dartmouth, and New Bedford. The purpose of the preliminary design is to develop a regional action plan to close an east/west gap in the South Coast Bikeway, a Massachusetts Priority Trail. Proposals must be submitted via email. Proposals that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. No faxed, hard copy, or late proposals will be accepted. The contract term shall not exceed June 30, 2027. The organization reserves the right to cancel all or part of the solicitation and to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway. Question Deadline 04/13/2026 at 4:00 PM ET
