Site work for a mixed-use development in Westport, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for site work for a fire / police facility.
Scope Professional services for bidding assistance and construction administration/engineering services during construction (CA/ESDC) for the Briggs Road Fire Station Link water main extension project, with the Oakland Ave. Neighborhood Loop as add altenate. This solicitation will be conducted using Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) in accordance with applicable Massachusetts Law and 2 CFR 200.320. Do not submit pricing. The selected consultant will support the Phase 2 project and may also be considered for potential future Phase 3 services associated with Community Project Funding (CPF), if and when that scope is defined, funding is available, and such services are authorized by the Town in accordance with applicable procurement and contracting requirements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
