The scope includes converting a former bookstore space into offices, conference rooms, and support spaces. Work involves general interior construction, interior finishes, architectural woodwork, casework, HVAC, electrical and lighting, low-voltage technology, audiovisual, signage and security systems, and hazardous materials abatement. Bidders or their principals must have at least five years of experience in similar work and submit a list of five contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity completed within the last ten years. All proposers must comply with New York State business registration requirements and, if providing professional engineering services, must have a Certificate of Authorization.
