**As of June 11, 2026, this project has been awarded.** The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, bike lane striping, ADA intersection compliance, and street improvements including curb, gutter and sidewalk. The work listed above is not all inclusive and the Contractor is responsible for all other items shown on plans or listed in the specifications. The Engineers Estimate for this project is approximately $1,205,400. The time allowed for completion of the project shall be 90 calendar days for the base bid scope from the date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and subject to all phasing and milestone dates. If one or more alternate bids are accepted by the City, the total time allowed for completion shall be 120 days from the date of NTP. In accordance with Government Code Section 53069.85, for each calendar day completion is delayed beyond the time specified in the Notice to Contractors and the agreement, the Contractor agrees to forfeit and pay the City the sum of five hundred dollars ($500) per calendar day. Liquidated damages may also be applied to milestone or phase completion dates included in the contract documents. Street, Fresno, CA 93721 at the non-refundable price of $25 per electronic set and $50 per paper set. If mailed there will be a non-refundable charge of $20 per set.
