Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed Bids for curb and sidewalk concrete repairs will be received online by Elizabethtown Borough via the PennBid Program. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract and shall be on a unit price basis. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Bid amount, the Workmen's Compensation Affidavit, Public Works Employment Verification Form, and an Anti-Collusion Affidavit must accompany the Bid. Bids shall remain open for a period of 60 days from the date of Bid opening and may not be withdrawn during this period. The successful Bidder(s) shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. The project is not subject to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Rates. Elizabethtown Borough reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids submitted or any part thereof or item therein and also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received. As a local highway project with an estimated cost of less than $100,000, this project is not subject to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Rates per PA Act 89. Deadline to submit Questions Apr 3rd 2026, 5:00 PM EDT All questions about the meaning or intent of the bidding documents are to be submitted in writing via Online. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
