The work includes the clearing of vegetation, trees, overgrown bushes, and grass along designated easements and rights-of-way: Convent OLA, Country Lane, Crozerville North, Hillcrest Drive, Kent, Mount Pleasant, SECO/15 Kent, Spring Valley, Springhill, and West Branch CCI. Bidders must submit their bids online via the PennBid website by the specified deadline. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid package. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds, each valued at 100% of the contract price with an approved corporate surety.
