Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Junction City, Oregon. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for constructing and removing temporary traffic control and erosion control features, performing earthwork, constructing drainage and stormwater treatment facilities, performing bridge removal work, constructing a new precast prestressed concrete girder bridge, placing aggregate base, performing ACP paving, and installing guardrail to County standards per these Contract Documents. The Bid Proposal must be accompanied by cash, cashier's check, certified check or bid bond payable to Benton County, Corvallis, Oregon, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. Benton County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interest of the County.
