Site work for a mixed-use development in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Separate sealed bids are requested for construction of Sypes Canyon Parking and Trail Improvements in Gallatin County. The project includes expanding the existing gravel parking area along Sypes Canyon Road east of El Camino Way, adding new gravel parking west of El Camino Way, and constructing a new gravel walking trail to connect the two parking areas. The new trail will continue along the south side of Sypes Canyon Road to the intersection of Churn Road. Work is to be completed within 45 calendar days after the notice to proceed. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten percent of the bid. The successful bidder must furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent of the contract amount. All required insurance must be provided prior to starting work. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry prior to award. All laborers and mechanics must be paid wages as required by law. The contractor must ensure nondiscrimination in employment practices. Bids may not be withdrawn after the scheduled opening. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid in the owner's best interest.
