Renovation of a casino in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a casino.
Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC (CNE) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to complete the work herein. The Gold Strike Hotel and Casino is a 1.3M square foot facility with over 1,100 hotel rooms, 1,000+ electronic games, 58 table games, dining venues, meeting spaces and stage venues. This project is limited to the replacement of the exterior and interior main entry storefront door system. The storefront door system is comprised of an exterior set and an interior set creating an entry vestibule. Both utilize breakaway, automatic sliding doors, manual push/pull swing doors, and power assist push/pull swing doors. All swing doors are 3070 and the sliders are 6070 with Stanley door sensors and operators. The intent of the project is to replace the entirety of the storefront, including transoms, doors, hardware, motorized door controllers, pedestrian sensors, ADA door actuators and operators, etc. with a Stanley Dura-Glide 3000 system with bottom rail locking deadbolts, Stanley doors with heavy duty hinges, and Stanley 'M-Force' automatic low energy swing door operators and actuators. Generally, the bidder is responsible for providing a turn-key demolition and installation of a like kind storefront system. Question Deadline 04/17/2026
