Sealed proposals are invited for the Goodrell CTE Addition. Plans and specifications are available from Beeline and Blue, with a deposit required for each set of bid documents. Lump-sum bids will be received under one contract as described in the specifications. Bids must be submitted on the approved bid form available in the plans and specifications. No oral, facsimile, telegraphic, or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered. Each bid must include a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or certified credit union share draft in a separate envelope in the amount equal to five percent of the total amount of the bid.
