The scope of the works is divided into two (2) phases, scheduled for 2026 and 2027. Phase 1 - 8 May 2026: Site mobilisation from 8 May 2026. - No later than 28 August 2026: Early handover. - 23 October 2026: Rectification of defects from Phase 1. Phase 2: - 7 May 2027: Site mobilisation. - 27 August 2027: Early handover. - 1 November 2027: Completion of Phase 2 works - Acceptance subject to reservations. - 8 October 2027: Acceptance with reservations of all works. - 22 October 2027: Date of unconditional acceptance, including all defects. A site visit, which is not compulsory but strongly recommended, is scheduled for 30 March 2026 at 10:00. The meeting point for this visit is at the Notre-Dame-St-Joseph School (St-Joseph Building) at 320 Saint-Charles Street, La Prairie J5R 2N9
