LAWA is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive glass, mirror, and storefront system installation, repair, and replacement for commercial aviation environments. Bidders must refer to the Bid Specifications for a detailed breakdown of the requirements. To participate, bidders must register in Bonfire (Euna), log in to the bid portal, and are responsible for monitoring the "Public Notices" tab for updates or addenda. Any technical problems with Bonfire must be addressed with Bonfire Support prior to the bid due date. Required submission documents and information include: Vendor Identification Form and backup documents, a fully completed Bid Document, an Administrative Requirements Checklist, Affidavit of Non-Collusion, Bidder Contribution CEC Form 55, Contractor Responsibility Questionnaire and Pledge of Compliance, Current and Prior City of Los Angeles Contracts, Iran Contracting Compliance Affidavit, Equal Benefits Ordinance Compliance Affidavit, Bidder Certification CEC Form 50 Municipal Lobbying Ordinance, Subcontractor Participation Plan, Bid Business Reference Form, Estimated Bid Prices for Yearly Services (Excel template), Bid Prices for Estimated Yearly Quantities (Excel template), Insurance Requirements, Qualifications, Certifications, and Licenses, Technical and Illustrative Data, Price list/electronic data pricing, and a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check. Additional documents may be required if applicable to the bidder's submission. All fields and requirements specified must be fully completed for the bid to be considered.
