The Lackawanna Trail School District invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to renovate the Main Office at its Elementary Center according to the provided drawings and specifications. Proposals must be returned in a sealed envelope marked "Elementary Center Main Office Renovation." The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of proposals. Scope - This section describes the project the District intends to have completed between June 10, 2026 and August 14, 2026. The scope of this work includes contracting with a qualified contractor, or contractors, who have the required expertise and resources to provide renovations to the Main Office at the Elementary Center. This scope of work shall include the work shown on the construction documents. o All subcontractors must be approved by LTSD prior to start date. o Contractor is responsible to repair any damage caused to district property as part of this project. o Additional details on this project and drawings of the space can be obtained by contacting Bobby Buck at buckr@ltsd.org. The scope of work laid out in the construction documents is intended to provide a renovated Elementary Center Main Office ready for service by August 14, 2026. If the district has missed anything in this RFP that would not provide for a complete project, it is the bidders responsibility to request to that the scope be adjusted to include any necessary alterations prior to the conclusion of pre-submission meeting (date to be determined). These requests will follow the process outlined in the Instructions for Submission of Applications section above.
