City of Champlin is requesting bids for the construction of the 2026 Pavement Rejuvenation Project. The project consists of furnishing all labor and materials for the complete in-place application of approximately 30,800 square yards of Emulsified Maltene Based Rejuvenator. Bids must comply with MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor requirements. Bids are only accepted electronically through QuestCDN. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
