Sealed proposals are requested for the repair of Yankee gutters, fascia, soffit, trim, and painting the exterior of Smithtown Town Hall. Bidders must fully understand the scope and magnitude of the project prior to submitting quotations. Specifications are available from the Office of the Town Clerk. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope designated with Bid #26-021 - Exterior Improvements - Town Hall. Submissions must include a certified check or bid bond amounting to five percent of the total bid price as assurance of contract execution. All bids must be submitted intact with a Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate and Disclosure Statements.
