The Board of Education of the Talawanda City School District is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the Middle School Playground Project. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to consider invalid any bids not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions contained herein. Provide and install Kompan playground equipment and surfacing listed below at Talawanda Middle School (4030 Oxford Reily Rd., Oxford, OH 45056). Provide all site work needed for the Project, along with demolition and removal of the existing play structure. The scope provided herein is for guidance for bid purposes only and shall not be considered as the final scope of the Project.
