**As of April 13th, this project has been awarded to R&B Contracting Co., Inc. for the Base Bid plus Additive Alternate No. 1 Bid in the amount of $326,408.60.** The project consists of swapping over approximately 89 services from a 2" main to an existing 6" main and the necessary appurtenances to complete the work. All bidders must register as an official plan holder with the engineer no later than 48 hours prior to the bid opening. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all bids.
