Des Moines Water Works is requesting Statements of Qualifications from consulting engineering firms to provide professional services for the Northeast Elevated Water Tower project. Services include site selection and feasibility evaluation, hydraulic modeling, preliminary engineering, and land acquisition support within the Nollen service zone. The project will evaluate a minimum of three potential tower sites and develop a recommended alternative to improve system reliability, operational flexibility, and fire protection. This is a qualifications-based selection process. Statements of Qualifications shall be submitted in accordance with the RFQ requirements. Four hard copies and one electronic copy are required. Electronic copy shall be emailed to mzach@dmww.com. Submittals shall be delivered to Des Moines Water Works Engineering Department, 2201 George Flagg Parkway, Des Moines, IA 50321. Late submittals will not be considered.
