Vendor shall perform snow removal services at Selfridge ANGB, Michigan in accordance with the Statement of Work. The vendor shall be on call and available at a quoted firm fixed per diem (daily) rate from May 1st through October 31st of the Base Period and each option year if exercised, and shall perform regular snow removal services from November 1st through April 30th of each period of performance at a quoted firm fixed monthly price. The contractor shall submit monthly invoices in arrears upon completion of the scheduled performance. Bidders must review and meet all requirements in the Statement of Work, and submit a completed and signed SF 18, Technical Capability Statement (not to exceed 4 pages), Past Performance Form for up to three relevant and recent projects, and Price Quote Form. Options pricing should be balanced, and all documents must be submitted as separate attachments in one email, ensuring the total email size does not exceed 10MB. (8) Questions concerning the technical aspects of this solicitation or requests for a site visit should be submitted to the Facility Operations Specialist: michel.j.desrosiers@cbp.dhs.gov no later than 4/6/2026 at 1:00 p.m. ET.
