EGLE Grant No. 2023-SHWI-001 The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete drainage improvements/construction, pavement removal and construction, landscaping, and all incidental construction at Lake St Clair Metropark in Macomb County, Michigan. Bids must be submitted electronically in PDF format including signed bid documents and bid surety. The contractor and all subcontractors are required to comply with relevant state and federal requirements, including wage rates, civil rights acts, and directives. Bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or formalities, and to make awards in any manner deemed in its best interest. Question Deadline 02/17/2026 Should Bidder find discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities or conflicts in the Bidding Documents or between such documents and the conditions at the site, or should Bidder be in doubt as to the true meaning of part of the Bidding Documents, Bidder may submit to the Owner a written request for an interpretation. To receive consideration, requests for interpretations shall be made no later than five working days before the date set for the receipt of bids.
