As of October 20, 2025, project is awarded to Salenbien Trucking and Excavating in the amount of $168,745.53. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including demolition of 2 buildings, light poles, transformers and miscellaneous cable removal including PILC Cable, and all incidental construction at Lake St Clair Metro park in Macomb County, Michigan. Bids shall be submitted on the form included in the bidding documents, and shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond underwritten by a surety licensed in the State of Michigan, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
