This requirement is for grounds maintenance services at the Clinton River Confined Disposal Facility (CDF), which has significant overgrowth of large trees, brush, and other vegetation. The work includes tree cutting, topping, and vegetation removal to maintain the functionality of the site. The contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) under FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures, and is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 561730 (Landscaping Services). The completion date for the work is October 1, 2026, and award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive, and responsible bidder. Location: Clinton River Confined Disposal Facility, 32800 South River Road, Harrison Township, MI 48045 Questions/Inquiries. All questions pertaining to this requirement shall be submitted in writing no later than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to proposal due date and time indicated for receipt of offers in Box 8 of the SF 1449. The offeror shall put the solicitation number located in Block 5 of the SF 1449 followed by QUESTIONS in the subject line of the email. All questions received after the above date and time may not be answered.
