The scope of work includes replacement of existing asphalt pavement, correction of drainage deficiencies and soft spots, and reconstruction of pedestrian ramp to current ADA standards. Instructions to bidders include that one set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $50.00. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable. Question Deadline 04/03/2026 Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days before bids are due unless provided otherwise via an addendum.
