Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Completely renovate and expand a continuously operational Emergency Room (ER) in two seamless phases. Work will be performed under a firm-fixed-price construction contract and includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to support the renovation and expansion of the existing ER while maintaining ongoing operations of the facility. Location: Boise Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 500 W Fort St., Boise, ID 83702. The magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000.00 and $20,000,000.00.
