The work consists of performing HVAC upgrades at Pioneer Elementary School. Bids are being solicited from qualified contractors to undertake this project. Bidders must be licensed in the State of Idaho in accordance with the "Public Works Contractor's State License Law, Title 54, Chapter 19, Idaho Code Amended." The successful contractor must comply with employment practices, payment of wages, and equal employment opportunity provisions as outlined in relevant Idaho Code sections and Federal Regulations.
