The Board of Trustees of West Ada School District is requesting bids from roofing contractors for a roof replacement at Summerwind STEM Academy. Instructions to bidders: - All questions regarding the proposal must be submitted through the Opportunity Q&A tab on the Bonfire app. - Bid submittals are to be uploaded to the West Ada Bonfire portal. - Bids received after the deadline will not be considered, and no bid may be withdrawn after the deadline or before award unless the award is delayed for over sixty (60) days. - Specifications, bid documents, specific instructions for submission, and conditions of agreement are available on the Districts website at https://www.westada.org/page/procurement. - Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any bid alternates, is required. - Bidders must be licensed in the State of Idaho per the Public Works Contractors State License Law, Title 54, Chapter 19, Idaho Code Amended.
