Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mansfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The work of this Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform CCTV inspection and cleaning of 8-in sewers as well as rehabilitation of sewers through cured-inplace pipe (CIPP) lining, service lateral connection lining, service lateral lining, and manhole rehabilitation. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: preparatory cleaning of sewers, service laterals, and manholes where required, including, CCTV inspection; heavy cleaning where required; dye testing of two properties to confirm if three service connection are active; CIPP lining of 8-in gravity sewer; reinstating and the lining of service lateral connections in 4-in, 5-in, and 6-in services extending a minimum of 24-in into the lateral; installing service lateral liners extending to the back of the sidewalk of the active service; grouting of service lateral connections that cannot be lined; management of all mainline and service flow; manhole rehabilitation including cementitious interior manhole lining; cleaning prior to lining; chemical root control; locating buried manholes and raising to grade and installing new frame and cover; and miscellaneous site work and restoration including all work and cleanup necessary to complete the work as detailed in the Contract Documents. All of the work is being performed in the areas shown on the Plans (found in Appendix A and B and specified in the attached Tables A, B and C in Section 01010. The Contract Time for the Base Bid shall be a total of 45 calendar days, excluding final paving (if necessary), commencing 20 days following the effective date of the Agreement. additional Contract Time for Additive Alternate 1 will be 30 calendar days. Final paving (if necessary) shall be completed in 14 consecutive calendar days and no later than December 31, 2026.
