Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of either a bid bond (penal sum form), certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal, including any add alternates, is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount will be required within ten (10) days after signing the Agreement Between Owner and Contractor. The City of Nampa reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Nampa. PN - 26-036 This project is to install one (1) closed circuit cooling tower on the adjacent parking garage along with a circulating pump and accessories to supplement the increasing cooling demand on the ground source heat pump loop. Five (5) additional ductless split systems will also be added to provide the third floor Dispatch, Traffic Management, and EOC spaces with additional cooling as well. In addition, the DDC system will be expanded to accommodate the new equipment and associated accessories.
