Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The project consists of, but is not limited to, the construction of new taxilanes, which includes excavation, subgrade preparation, subbase and base placement, asphalt paving (one 3-inch lift), pavement marking, stormdrain installation, and installation of new perimeter fence. Each bidder must supply all of the information required by the bid documents and specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cash, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid. Each bidder shall furnish the Statement of Bidders Pre-Qualifications to the OWNER with satisfactory evidence of competency to perform the work contemplated with the bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any informalities or irregularities, postpone the award of the Contract for up to 120 days, and accept the proposal in the City's best interest. The project is subject to Federal fund requirements, including wage provisions of the Federal Davis-Bacon and related acts, and is under various federal clauses such as Affirmative Action, Debarment and Suspension, Drug-free Workplace, Foreign Trade Restrictions, Buy American Preference, and Disadvantage Business Enterprise Requirements.
