Renovation of a water / sewer project in Speculator, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
CR#: 2133232 Contract Term: 9 months Contract No. 1 + WWTP GENERATOR - Base Bid shall include all tools, labor, material, and equipment necessary to install a new 200 KW diesel fueled generator and automatic transfer switch, to replace the existing, at the Speculator Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Work shall also include all required utility inspections, site preparation, mobilizations, cleanup and restoration. - Contractor to provide all necessary work to install new stationary diesel generator, concrete pad, transfer switch, conduit and wiring needed to connect new equipment to existing electrical service and decommission old generator. Doc.Note- Requests for delivered sets of Bidding and Contract Documents will be honored overnight upon receipt of a non-refundable fee of $25.00 per set for handling and delivery. Please refer questions to Brendon Becker at Lamont Engineers, P.C. at (518) 234-4028 The Work will be substantially completed by October 30, 2026 and completed and ready for final payment by November 30, 2026. Q/A:- All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
