Remove two deep set well pumps and motors Abandon two deep sand-stone well Debris removal and site restoration The water well abandonment projects are located at 1430 S East Avenue and 2320 W. Sunset Drive within the City of Waukesha. The Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the complete and satisfactory plugging and abandoning of two deep sand-stone potable municipal wells. The demolition and removal of a pre-stressed concrete reservoir, concrete well-house/pump stations and associated piping/electrical will be bid in the future. Structures must remain intact and se-cured following the completion of the well abandonment. Work will include erosion control and site restoration. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check payable to the Waukesha Water Utility in the a mount of 5% of the Bid Each bid must also include a list of all subcon-tractors for the project. The Waukesha Water Utility reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. A pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project.
