**As of May 05, 2026, the project was awarded to Stark Pavement Corp, with an awarded amount of $420,756.65.** Project involves the complete reconstruction of concrete pavement on S. Prairie Ave., from W. Sunset Drive to the railroad tracks, with a Mandatory Alternate bid for replacement with asphalt pavement. The project also includes a Mandatory Alternate bid for pulverizing, shaping, and asphalt paving on Donald Drive, from Velma Drive to terminus. Major items of work include concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, base aggregate, asphalt pavement, pavement marking, and traffic control. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. Village of Waukesha reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids.
