Crack Sealing of bituminous pavement on various Village Streets Pre-qualification statement forms for this project must be submitted to the Village by 4 p.m. local time Thursday, April 2, 2026. These forms must show sufficient financial ability, equipment, and experience to properly perfo Contract in accordance with Section 66.0901(2) Wisconsin Statutes. Proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check ar bid bond in the amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum bid price, payable to the Village of Weston as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within 15 days of the award of the contract. The certified check is returnable to the bidder immediately after signing the contract, and acceptance by the Village of Weston of the bonds. Performance Bond, and also a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, in the amount of 100% of the total bid price, together with the executed contract in the form prescribed by the Village of Weston will be required by the successful bidder. The Village of Weston reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. The Village of Weston also reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding. Bids shall remain acceptable for a period of ninety (90) days.
