Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Lake Cowichan, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The work includes Roof Replacement and Balconies Remediation. High-level description of the work is required: (i) to replace the existing shingle roof with metal roofing assembly and new aluminum gutters and downspout. (ii) to supply and install new roof access hatch with new pre-engineered fire-rated rafted insulated metal attic ladder. (iii) to supply and install additional blown attic insulation (iv) to replace one set of balconies’ deteriorated wood structure and associated work (v) To supply and install new engineered roof anchors (this is a separate price item) Question Deadline 04/10/2026 at 10:00 AM PT
