Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Hubbard, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work shall be performed within The City of Hubbard in Marion County, Oregon. The project location includes The City of Hubbard Water Treatment Plant at 3101 2nd St., areas located on 2nd St., and on the lot at 3050 2nd St. The work to be performed consists of upgrading the WTP and includes removal and or relocation of existing equipment at the site; furnishing and installing new equipment including a new pump system, water filter unit, filter media, upgraded backup generator, updated SCADA system, a new well house; and the associated civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical improvements required to support the project. Complete installation of the new facilities shall include, but not be limited to, providing a constant pressure pumping system that will provide potable water to the Citys existing distribution system as identified within the project Specifications and as shown on the project Drawings.
