Site work for a water / sewer project in Richland Center, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Base bid consists of approximately 1,565 lineal feet of water main replacement by pipe bursting and open cut methods. Work includes water utility appurtenances, temporary water service and replacement of 32 water services, erosion control, traffic control, asphalt pavement patching, curb and gutter spot replacement, and turf restoration. Bid alternate work consists of approximately 465 lineal feet of water main replacement by pipe bursting open-cut construction methods on Chestnut Street and Stori Drive. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, or an electronic bid bond issued by a surety meeting requirements. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening. Minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by local wage rates. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
