Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Dade City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Dade City is seeking quotes for installation of a pervious stone paver parking lot at the Splash Pad Amphitheater, in compliance with SWFWMD pervious surface permitting and Local LID stormwater criteria. The lot will provide ADA-compliant parking, two EV spaces, and integrate rain gardens, bioswales, and native vegetation to manage stormwater and enhance habitat. Native hardwoods (Live Oaks, Cabbage Palms) will be planted strategically to provide shade over vehicle areas as canopies develop over time. Accent and cosmetic plantings, pedestrian footpath lighting, parking lot lighting, and full paver striping with car stoppers are included. ADA sidewalk tie-ins will coordinate with amphitheater sidewalk plans. The split-lane entrance will feature a centered park sign plumbed for electric service. All design, layout, and landscaping shall strictly adhere to the Planning Department approved artist rendering. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked in the lower left corner with bidder information, project name and number, and the date and time of bid opening. Contract documents are available in PDF format upon request via email, from the DemandStar website, or downloaded from the City's website.
