Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in North Adams, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

The work includes but is not necessarily limited to: Excavation and grading to support the construction of a 6-unit nested, pre-engineered metal aircraft storage T-hangar building; concrete foundation and floor slab, new electrical service, site restoration (topsoil, seeding & mulching), and incidentals. The replacement of the City Hangars existing metal roof is included as an additive alternate. All work shall be completed within 120 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Work under this contract will be funded by grants from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) Aeronautics Division, and the City of North Adams.
