Question Deadline 04/02/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % Bid Date Notes: Sealed envelopes should be clearly labeled "Sealed Proposals for Cross-Connection Services", with the Contractor's name on the envelope. A minimum of two (2) paper copies and one (1) electronic copy of the proposal on a USB flash drive shall be furnished. All proposals received on or before the due date will be publicly opened and recorded on the due date. No immediate decisions will be rendered. Proposals received prior to the time of opening will be securely kept, unopened. No responsibility shall be attached to the Township for the premature or non-opening of a proposal not properly addressed and identified. Proposals arriving after the above specified time, whether sent by mail, courier or in person, shall not be accepted. These proposals will either be refused or returned unopened. It is the Contractor's responsibility for timely delivery regardless of the method used.
