The event is a one-time purchase for the Tennessee Historical Commission for the Cragfont Dry Stack Stone Wall Repair & Restoration. Specifications and terms & conditions apply. Bidders must read the entire bid, including the Event Details, Specifications, and Terms and Conditions, and any other attachments. Any bid not in strict compliance with this requirement will be rejected. For bids over $25,000 requiring a contractor's license, the respondent must provide the company's Tennessee State Contractor License Number, License Classification(s) applicable to the bid, and License Expiration Date. Additional subcontractor's information should be submitted as an attachment to the bid comments. Any prospective Respondent having questions and comments concerning this ITB must provide them in writing to the Solicitation Coordinator. All questions must be submitted no later than Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST. This scope of work will focus on repairing and restoring approximately two thousand two hundred (2,200) square feet (six hundred (600) feet in length) dry stack stone wall at Cragfont State Historic Site. The goal is to restore, repair, and reconstruct the wall across the entire length of the structure to an average height of three and one half (3.5) feet, including the copestones.
