Renovation of a municipal facility in Santa Barbara, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Remove the existing and upgrade controls with Honeywell Optimizer Controls. The contractor will be responsible for any controls programming needed to complete this project. The County of Santa Barbara will require all programming contractors to meet all ITD security protocols. Question Deadline 04/09/2026 at 3:00 PM PT Pre-Bid Questions: All questions and responses to this RFP must be submitted via Public Purchase no later than Tuesday, April 9th, 2026, no later than 3:00 PM as indicated in the RFP. Questions submitted by mail, fax, or e-mail are not acceptable. Addendums: All addenda will be issued through via Public Purchase by the County. Bid Submittal Instructions: Each bid shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the General Services Department. The bid MUST be submitted electronically through the Public Purchase website (www.publicpurchase.com) on or before Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, 3 P.M. MANDATORY JOB WALK: The job walk is MANDATORY on Thursday, April 2nd, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. Only those prime contractors attending a job walk shall be qualified to bid on the work. Vendor attendance is required.
