Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Santa Barbara, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Retrofit existing Built-Up Roof (BUR). Vacuum existing rock and apply a new thermoplastic Ketone Ethylene Ester (KEE) roof system on the existing roof via cold ply adhesive, including new crickets, roof coverboard, new scupper flashing, and reuse existing coping. Alternative unit pricing to remove skylights, infill and or replace existing skylights with new code-compliant skylights. The job walk is mandatory. Only those prime contractors attending the job walk shall be qualified to bid on the work. Vendor attendance is required. All questions must be submitted electronically through the Public Purchase Portal on or before 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 23,2026.
