The project involves a comprehensive electrification upgrade, including: the replacement of the existing Federal Pacific electrical panels with new code -compliant panels, removal of all existing gas unit heaters and associated gas service, and installation of new PTAC heat pump units to serve each apartment. The scope also includes replacing the existing kitchen stove receptacle and converting the stove connection from a 3 -wire to a 4-wire cord and plug to meet current electrical standards.
