The purpose is to establish a contract for Asbestos Abatement, Mold Remediation, and Lead Paint Removal Services to the State of New Hampshire, with the services indicated in the scope of services and offer sections, in accordance with the requirements and any resulting contract. Instructions to bidders include reading the entire bid invitation prior to filling it out, completing the pricing information in the offer section, completing the vendor contact information section, and signing the bid transmittal letter. All bids must be submitted on the provided form (or exact copy), typed or clearly printed in ink, and received on or before the deadline specified. Bids should be clearly marked with the bid number, due date, and purchasing agent’s name. Questions, clarifications, and/or requested changes should be submitted in writing by an authorized individual to the designated email and must identify the bid number, vendor’s name and address, and contact person. Offers must remain valid for one hundred eighty (180) days from the bid due date. Vendors must check the website for any addenda or materials affecting the bid prior to submission.
