The NH Army National Guard requires a 34K Forklift with the following specifications: minimum 34,000lb load capacity, maximum 46,000lb unloaded weight, independent fork movement and spacing, entire carriage side shift capability, 8ft long forks, minimum 10ft lift height, fully enclosed operator cab with heat and air conditioning, and a backup camera. The forklift is to be delivered Free On Board (FOB) Destination to 1 Minuteman Way, Concord, NH 03301. Only qualified small business vendors may submit quotes. Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days. Refer to the 'Instructions to Offers' and 'Evaluation factors' in the Provisions and Clauses document for further submission and evaluation details. Registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) must be active at the time of award.
