The City of Daytona Beach Shores is seeking qualifications of a professional consultant to provide services for the design and inspection services for the installation of a 200KW, or adequately sized, permanent generator at the City of Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, Community Center, pursuant to the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Scope of Work (Exhibit A). Design shall comply with all applicable jurisdictional agency requirements including, but not limited to Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), City of Daytona Beach Shores, Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD), and any other applicable agency. Question Deadline 04/13/2026 Questions and exceptions concerning any section of this solicitation and Contract (see Exhibit B) shall be submitted to: Cheri Schwab, City Clerk, at Email: cschwab@cityofdbs.org. Questions and exceptions shall be submitted and received no later than seven (7) days before the closing date. Method of contractor selection has not been determined at time.
